As ambient pianist I pick popular songs from all genres and generations, to re-interpret them into original and surprising versions. All played in the same relaxing, ambience-generating style of ‘Ambient Piano’.

In many years of field-experience, with the last 3 years being the pianist of several 5-star hotels like Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen and Hotel De l’Europe in Amsterdam, I’ve learned how to create the perfect ambient experience, by intentionally balancing between ear-catching and background-filling.

Because not one occasion is the same, I’ve learned to ‘read’ the energy in the room and tune my playing to it. Since everything is based on improvisation, no set will ever be the same.

Hi! I’m Seb, nice to meet you!

I’m Seb Miller, 31 years old and living in the Netherlands. Music has been a big part of my life since my early years. When I was 8, my mother bought me a digital piano and that was probably the best decision she could’ve made. Fun fact: I still use it as the MIDI-controller in my studio! But since then I’ve developed more then just playing piano. Composing, music production and songwriting is now a stable part of my day. Because of this, a lot of my work takes place behind my computer in the studio. But only whenever I take place behind a piano, I feel that I’m truly home.
